    I have been living here for almost a year and have had nothing but a great experience. Staff is readily available to communicate any small issues with, handles things appropriately and are always pleasant. Building is very clean, convenient edge district location close to downtown and midtown. For commuters the loop is very easy and close to hop on as well. A must tour for your apartment search in the area!

    The Rise is the best place to live in Memphis! The staff truly cares and is always ready to help. They keep it very clean with nice landscaping. The location is the best, just at the edge of downtown. I have lived here since 2022, and love my studio. I feel safe, well taken care of, and the neighborhood is blossoming with new restaurants/bars, and galleries.

    The Rise Apartments is a great place to live with a fun, welcoming vibe that makes it feel like home. Ashlyn and Dionna in the leasing office are always super kind, helpful, and never miss a chance to say hello. On top of that, there are always fun community events happening, which really bring everyone together and make living here even more enjoyable.
