April 23, 2026I’ve lived here for 4 years and I love it!! The location is great as you can get to Rt 290, 495 and Rt 9 easily. The management team and maintenance are great to deal with. They help you in anyway they can. It offers many amenities from the pool, gym, garages, storage, and pet friendly. They keep it clean and take care of the property. March 27, 2026I just moved in and we’ve had a few service requests and they have been great coming in pretty quickly. Our fan was blowing obnoxiously and I work from home so it was a constant bother. March 27, 2026Moving in was a breeze and the leasing department moved very quickly when processing our application. After we moved in, we had a few little issues, but put in a maintenance request and maintenance came very quickly within 2 to 3 days and resolve the issues. March 14, 2026Overall a good and safe home. No major setbacks. Kind staff. Personally disagree with no light in bedroom. Having to go buy a lamp is something I missed in my tour. March 10, 2026I’ve had a really good experience living at The Rockwell Apartment in Berlin, MA. The apartments are modern, clean, and well taken care of. The community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it a great place to come home to after a long day. Management has also been helpful and responsive whenever something comes up. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live in a nice, calm area. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment around here.Property Manager Responded
