January 20, 2026We really like living at the Rockwell. The apartments have nice amenities and the community feels safe and friendly. They’re very pet friendly with a dog park and grooming area which we like to bring our dog to frequently. The maintenance staff is fantastic. January 20, 2026The price, location, and community are fine. The extreme lack of parking is abysmal. Many residents have to park in visitor spots far from their apartment because there is only space for about half the residents at most.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2025Great place to live , very responsive to repairs and service, some of the original items and ammenties like the outdoor area have become broken and or worn out and often are not working.
