December 5, 2025Great place to live , very responsive to repairs and service, some of the original items and ammenties like the outdoor area have become broken and or worn out and often are not working. December 1, 2025Everything is good, can improve on some more. The door opening feature via app stopped working right after one month into moving in. Apartment community doesn't even bother to keep residents updated on when and how it will be fixed at all.Review from Apartments.com

November 28, 2025Have been here a few years and used to love it. Our new upstairs neighbors are ridiculously loud and the leasing office has openly said there is nothing that can be done.Review from Apartments.com

November 19, 2025very nice apartments, but management is hard to get into contact with and someone will not pick up their dog's poop and its kinda gross. Corporate is also unforgiving. Gym and pool is very nice, but do have required brake time for the pool (even if you are an adult)Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2025Absolutely amazing complex! The admin staff is great. Amazing clean facilities. All the clientele here is great! On a Friday night at 9:00pm I can drop a hairpin and hear it hit the ground! The area is very low crime rate and right off highway with many major chain stores around within 10 minutes (Walmart,Target,Dollar Tree etc..). The commuter rail is 17 minutes away and takes about 50 minutes to get to back bay/ SS. Highly recommend!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

October 26, 2025We’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a quiet neighborhood where I feel safe to walk my dog at night. Having access to a gym is really convenient as well. Maintenance is very prompt in responding to requests which we greatly appreciate.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2025I love living here, and feel like the community in general is nice and neighbors are kind. There are tons of community events which is always great too. Indoor properties are very well maintained and clean. I wish there was more attention to outdoor landscaping. Once summer hits, it looks beautiful, but then the irrigation systems don't work at patios so everything just dies off and dries out almost immediately. I used to have gorgeous black eyed Susan's that bloomed when we were first moving in, ...and they've all died off since. The patio where the grills are need some attention as the grills are wonky and the stone facing is coming off.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2025Very noisy, lots of dogs and children, not at all what I expected. Vehicles travel fast in the parking lots. Cheap appliances, question about utilities; water & sewer, have to run water for a significant amount of time to get hot water, wasting water and my money.
