April 23, 2025Pretty good community, maintenance staff is quick and responsive. There’s just a couple of issues in the unit right as we moved in. The biggest one was the strong mildew smell inside the apartment, but it should be good for now.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2025Love the community, in apartment amenities, design and decor, and the location. Small annoyances are the kitchen faucets require two hands to switch from spray to stream and the mustiness of master bathroom despite using fan 100% of time. Maintenance is very quick if an issue arises. Maintenance on the common areas such as hallways and stairwells is superb.Property Manager Responded

April 17, 2025Amazing place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the amenities are well-maintained, and the location is perfect. I've never had any major issues, and whenever a minor problem came up, maintenance was quick to respond. The community feels safe and welcoming. April 12, 2025I love the petite it’s beautiful. The community is super friendly. The only thing I would comment negative about is whomever lives on the 2nd floor from me the amount of noise and jumping is tremendously loud downstairs. I wish that would stop.Property Manager Responded
