A beautiful and welcoming property
June 21, 2024I lived at the Roosevelt for a year before my partner and I decided to buy a house. I lived on the first floor and watched the renovations as they happened. They were able to keep the beauty and history of the 100 year old building, yet gave it a fresh new look, with modern amenities, such as in house laundry, a gym, outdoor patio space, and a beautiful new lobby. Absolutely loved my time at the Roosevelt, and will always cherish the unique memories we gained living there.Review from Apartments.com
Roosevelt Apartments
September 14, 2022I’ve recently moved into the Roosevelt Apartments and absolutely love living here! The building is so beautiful and my newly remodeled apartment is amazing with beautiful hardwood floors and French doors. The kitchen has all new appliances. I love the way the vintage features of the building are preserved along with the new remodeling and appliances. The lobby is gorgeous and reminds me of Downton Abbey! The residents are very friendly and I’ve already met several of them. Royce the manager is so ...helpful. He even installed my shower rod for me and drove me to the fed ex office to pick up my computer!
