Community Maintenance
February 1, 2026if I have anything to say it's that this community keeps our neighborhood very clean. They do yearly power washing for all the buildings as well as power washing inside the hallways and entryways. They also put out fresh mulch this year. This was something I found very important because not every property will take those extra steps for upkeep and appearance.Property Manager Responded

January 20, 2024These are such beautiful apartments! My husband and I fell in love with them. We lived close to the playground where our kids can play. Management was amazing, and we never had that many issues. One of the issues we had and it’s pretty nasty was the poop that dog owners would not pick up. Near the playground there are renters that let their dogs out to poop and pee on the balcony. There is a horrible smell, and you can smell it from the playground. You can also see the pee going down since the ...apartments are white. I called and told the staff, and the renters just put something over, so people won’t see. Declined for NO REASON
March 2, 2023Me and my boyfriend fell in love with these apartments HOWEVER I was very sadden to find out we were declined for “Employment Verification” when asked how could that be possible, we were told that’s all they could tell us. No explanation or reason AT ALL! As a young couple we work hard for our coins. We submitted bank statements along with paystubs to verify our income and still wasn’t given an accurate reason as to why we were declined! Everything checked out for us! We asked to speak with the ...property manager and was told she’ll just tell us the same thing but she’ll get back with us. We asked for corporate number and was told they don’t have it! January 18, 2022I wish I could give more than five stars. My maintenance request was completed within twenty four hours. The entire maintenance team for this property are amazing. The maintenance technician not only fixed my slow draining sink, in the master bedroom but checked all the sinks while he was there. The whole maintenance team works diligently every days maintaining the property. In addition Judy from management and her team are amazing and always addresses your concerns immediately. Wouldn’t recommend
October 30, 2021Parking is atrocious and when I called to figure out a solution their only offer was to give me a spot for $35 even though I specifically said multiple times I don’t think I should have to pay for parking where I pay to live! After talking in circles with no real help I end up agreeing to pay for a spot for $25. Well when I went to park in my spot last night someone else was in it! I called the towing company and they told me it would be HOURS before they could get someone out here to move there ...car. How does that help me? Am I expected to wait hours? I called and spoke to the leasing office today and again got no where. I told them to remove the parking spot because I’m not going to pay for a spot for everyone else to use. When I asked what I’m expected to do if there is literally not one available spot to park in the entire complex, including leasing office and guest parking. They told me they understand that I’m upset and that I should continue to pay for a spot that they cannot guarantee I’ll be able to park in. I’ve taken a video and showed them and they still gave me NO solution. I’m over this place and I’m counting the days until my lease is up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
