May 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI recently moved from the Southside of Grand Rapids to the Northside. During my search for a place I visited the Rowe. The customer service was amazing. My tour was immediately scheduled. Upon arrival I was greeted by Drew. He was very inviting and relatable. Drew was also very knowledgeable about the property and amenities. He answered all my questions and walked me through the application process one step at a time. He was very understanding and easy to talk to. The apartments are beautiful. ...The location is convenient to downtown Grand Rapids and the community is very accepting. Toxic air and poor management

Bad management

June 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comStaff kept my $200 application/admin fee despite their site explicitly saying you can rescind your app for a refund within 24-48 hours. I told their staff via email and over the phone that I wasn't interested within 24 so I was told they would issue refund. A week later, I checked in on when I should expect the refund and they said it had been too long to issue it. Another delegate then jumped in and said they never issue refunds. Overall shady experience, I understand keeping the $50 ...application fee because it was processed within a couple hours, but lying about a 24-48 hr. grace period all to keep the other $150 bucks from someone is pretty pathetic.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
