October 28, 2025Got you. Here’s a tenant-style review within that 140–1000 character range: ? I’ve enjoyed living at The Rowe overall. The location is the best part since I can walk to campus, food, and nightlife without needing my car. The units look modern, come furnished, and having an in-unit washer and dryer makes life easier. The gym and study areas are solid too. Rent is definitely on the higher side though, and sometimes maintenance takes longer than I’d like. Still, if convenience and a clean, updated ...apartment are priorities, The Rowe is a pretty good choice for FSU students.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025the appartment itself is great; however, the condition i received my room was far from that. My toilet wasn’t attached the the ground, kitchen was filthy, appartment wasn’t cleaned prior to new residents moving in, my island is broken apart, shower was spewing water everywhere onto the floor, desk was wobbly, shall i continue. Oh and it would also be a disservice not to mention that Onyx has a HUGE roach problem!Property Manager Responded
