April 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have had the best time living at The Rowe. It has various ups and downs, but way many more ups then downs. First thing to note is the cleanliness. Most of the time it is kept clean; however, it tends to get pretty bad on weekends. Sound is okay as you can pick location of your room. Maintenance is great and so is management. October 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comGot you. Here’s a tenant-style review within that 140–1000 character range: ? I’ve enjoyed living at The Rowe overall. The location is the best part since I can walk to campus, food, and nightlife without needing my car. The units look modern, come furnished, and having an in-unit washer and dryer makes life easier. The gym and study areas are solid too. Rent is definitely on the higher side though, and sometimes maintenance takes longer than I’d like.
