I like the layout of the apartment and convenience of the storage units. The staff is very friendly and nice, but feel like you get nickled and dimed for everything here. You're charged for package services but if you pick up a package from luxor too late, you're charged more, on top of parking, internet, storage and pet fees.

Leasing / maintenance proactive. Events organized for tenants.
500 / month increase if on month to month, need to sign lease which makes difficult. Month & half rent is owed if you break lease. Too many inspections under 1 year and bldg is under 2 years in age. Short notice for maintenance work / inspections.

Guest parking could use some work, including resident taking up guest spots by parking their motorcycles in spots for months at a time. This along with people using the hot tub at midnight on a weekly basis.

The leasing staff is always ready to explain procedures and reminds me of current events in the community and the Olde Town Arvada neighborhood.
