Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is ideal. Set-up of townhome is ideal for a temporary home during a vast renovation. Having a front door directly to the outside makes this less “apartment feel” and more home-like.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The amenities are excellent and always kept in great condition, making everyday living comfortable and enjoyable.

The maintenance crew is top notch. The Russell is overpriced for a. Apartment that is second rate. The public rooms are showing wear after only 18 months. The hall carpets are disgusting. The club room is a joke, says it is open 24 hours, not so, there in not even a decent pool cue. There is nothing in the apartments themselves that is first rate. The floors are coming up, the baseboards are not even attached. There is only one light switch for the entire livingroom/kitchen area, none of ...
which are switched to even turn on a lamp. Only one trash room per floor and even though is says recycle it all goes into the same trash bin. You cannot enter the lobby during posted business hours withoua fob key, guest and deliverys have to wait outside in the heat or cold until one puts on shoes and catches the elevator (cannot touch the disgusting hall rug with bare feet) This building only shows well, I doubt it will even show well in 10 years. I love the location and cannot face the expense or effort of moving. I am 77 years old and am sad that this will be my last home, it is a dump with pretty wrapping.

The Russell is a fantastic property and has a wonderful leasing team in place. From the moment we walked in the door, the asthetic was inviting, warm, and clean. The team greeted us with kindness and matched our urgency needs. The showing of the property and concessions for moving in sealed the deal, and we submitted for an apartment that evening. Can't say enough good things about the process and we're very excited to fully move in and be a part of the community!
