Beautiful property and wonderful manager
March 26, 2022Ashley is amazing! She responds to our inquiries and questions as soon as she can. Sure, there are other properties in prime locations as well, but many of them didn’t even bother to respond to our email inquiries. I wouldn’t trust a landlord who doesn’t want to be bothered with potential renters. That’s a bad sign of what’s to come once you become their resident. This property is clean and beautiful, but what really sets it apart from all the others is having Ashley as the property manager. ...Great job! Beautiful apartments in the best location!
August 15, 2019This apartment complex is located in one of the best spots around Los Angeles and it’s a brand new construction! It’s near awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and dessert spots in Japantown. I like that it is located on a quieter part of Sawtelle Blvd while still being at the heart of all the fun! The amenities are really great and the apartments look stylish. On top of all of this, the CLG team is really professional and kind! Ashley is so sweet and she spent a lot of time telling me about the ...apartment complex to make sure that it will meet all of my needs. You can tell that she cares about her future tenants and wants to make the move as easy as possible for everyone.
