    Love where I live. Safety first! Love the neighborhood, my kid can play safe outside. Love the pool and barbecue area and also the courts. The events we have every month are fantastic.

    I love the quietness of this community. It literally has everything you can think of. If the gym had a sauna, I’d probably use it more. Please make the gates work soon.

    Great location, friendly staff. Very unfortunate german cockroaches infestation problem which staff has been proactive with providing pest control solutions. Otherwise everything is great.

    The area around our unit need to be better maintained. The breezeway, railings, and doors needs to be cleaned and painted. Exterior lights need to be repared. Trash pickup needs to be more consistant. Need to add more lighting at the dumpster area. The area doesn't feel safe at night.

    Bad, I've been living here for more than 3 years, and now it's time to run away. From bad to worse, poor maintenance, dirty property grounds, people don't respect community policies and make their own rules, and management doesn't care at all. Weed smells everywhere, cars breaking in, just to name a few. Ballantyne area standards are dropping very fast. No one listens to complaints or does something to fix the problems.
