DO NOT MOVE HERE!
October 8, 2024This apartment complex is not what it seems. The apartments are poorly managed and "renovated" is laughable. Pests are poorly controlled and there are roaches everywhere. Gunshots daily and can be seen out in the open! Mold in the apartments due to poor maintenance of buildings. Terrible response to requests if any at all. Paying for amenities that do not exist. Hasn't had a working pool in 6 years and no fitness facility either. Wish I had not signed a long lease lease here!Review from Apartments.com

mold rats and leaks

January 6, 2022I’ve been living here for a little over a year and it’s been terrible since day 1. Low quality units, SLOW maintenance, bugs, rodents. No security. Gunshots and people loitering the neighborhood. Not a safe environment. Do not waste your time here.Property Manager Responded

Mold water leaks and bugs
March 3, 2020Maintenance sucks and the office doesn’t commit to do there job they are very negligent! I have black mold, water leaks from ceiling, and you pay for pest control but they are nowhere to be found. Heritage Reserve Apartments
September 5, 2019I am finally leaving this apartment complex because I am moving out of state but I will definitely miss this place. Everyone in the office gave me good service and were always accessible. Things rarely went wrong in my 2 bedroom apartment but if something needed fixing they were right on it! Roaches need to go in on the rent
July 6, 2019Roach infested, poor up keep of apartments, not newly renovated, only a few amenities are new. I.e. refrigerator, dishwasher, stove but they use cheap contractors for quick half hazard turn overs to get people in quickly. Maintenance never fixes anything on time months go by. They are dishonest about move in and quality of the apartments, the children are wild and rambunctious their are fights and loud people out all times of the night security is only there for show.
