Love my apartment, but that’s it
June 20, 2020The inside of my apartment is decent. Extremely spacious and lots of closet space. However, this building is very dated. The windows are super old to the point where you can’t see out of them and they are loud when opening/closing. The ventilation is terrible! Unpleasant smells from other apartments come through the vent, such as cigarette smoke, smelly food, garbage, and other weird smells that can’t be explained. My apartment never smells like how I want it to because of how the entire ...building’s foul oder that lingers in the hallways as well. There’s a water bug issue. The laundry room is way too small for the amount of tenants that live in the building. The neighbors are noisy and complaining to management does nothing. If your apartment is on the side facing the metro north you can count on your sleep being disrupted by the train passing/horn and the busses starting around 5am EVERY morning. There’s always some type of construction going on outside so expect the noise level to always be high. Westchester Plaza Apartments
August 20, 2015Great apartments in the nice locations. It is close to transportation such as metro north train station, bee- line bus, cab. It is quick walk to food stores, library, post office or department of social services etc. The building is clean and well maintained There is laundry in the building so i don't need to leave the place. I love the place i would recommend anybody to live here.Review from Apartments.com
