I recently moved to The Savoy and I have absolutely loved it so far! The unit is spacious, comfortable, and was extremely clean when I moved in. The Resident Manager, Amber, is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, making the move-in process very smooth. I really love the neighborhood and the building, and would definitely recommend it to those looking for a nice, safe, and convenient building!

These may not be the newest apartments but you get a lot for your money. Large apartments, great balconies, great views, great location. Amber, the property manager has been excellent. My daughter is a student at GWU and this is a great location and great choice.

The Savoy is the best property in the West End. The building is managed great by the property manager Amber, the concierge team, as well as the maintenance crew. The rare issue I had in my unit was handled with care. Any package I had delivered, including perishable items, was received with love by Nicole, Hanna, Sharon and Guyeth. The neighborhood has continued to expand its dining options, with the nearby Mercy Me. With a perfect location and an amazing staff- you can't go wrong living here. ...

I came to the Savoy in August 2019 and stayed through March 2021. First and foremost I want to point out that Amber is great! She has an uncanny ability to remember names and faces after only meeting once. I've noticed this not just with me, but with everyone. Amber always greets you by name (even in the time of Covid, with masks covering half your face), and I find that to be such a nice touch. The 24/7 front desk is very convenient, and I've never had a problem with them. The location is also ...
wonderful. Very central and close to many great things. Unfortunately, this became less relevant because of Covid, which is the main reason I moved. One unfortunate aspect of the location is that it's on a three-way intersection (22nd, L, and New Hampshire). This can be a bit dangerous/annoying at times, so just be careful of that. I also love that all (almost all?) of the apartments have a balcony. I was on the 8th floor facing the Ritz, which was very nice. Overall, would highly recommend. I enjoyed my time there.

I moved to DC for grad school and I'm glad I chose to live at the Savoy. Convenient location (near GW and DuPont circle), great amenities, and the apartments I've seen are a decent size--many have spacious balconies too. Most importantly, all of the staff members are kind and very helpful/accomodating, making living here a real pleasure!

I lived here for nearly 2 years and moved out due to COVID. Aside from the great location, it is a really nice building and the staff (especially Amber) are awesome! The building is always kept super clean and the staff was always very quick to respond whenever I needed help with anything maintenance related. The pool in the summer is also amazing.
Aside from the upkeep of the building itself, the staff really does a great job of making the building feel like home - they take the time to get to ...
know your name and know you as a person. This is a complete contrast to what I have experienced at other buildings and you really get the feeling that the staff cares about you and your wellbeing.

We had to find an apartment on a moment's notice for my daughter when GW closed the dorms. I called Amber and she couldn't have been more helpful. Worked with me and 3 other families (roommates) to put everything together quickly. Described the unit in great detail, took pictures, even offered to see if the current tenant wanted to sell any of his furniture that he had left behind! Move in couldn't have been smoother. was incredibly helpful with move in also answering all of our questions and doing whatever she could to help the move go smoothly. The maintenance man was also wonderful when we accidentally threw something down the trash chute and had to retrieve it! Finally the people working the front desk couldn't be nicer and I feel comfortable as a parent knowing that they will make sure that only people who belong in the building get in. And another plus....they are COVID conscious! My daughter loves living at The Savoy and as a parent I feel good knowing that the management and staff are so great. I had originally thought she might just be there until the dorms open up, but I don't know if she'll want to leave for a long time :)

I lived in the Savoy for a little over two years and am sad to be moving out! Management is warm, friendly, and responsive. The price is great, especially given the location (close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Dupont, Georgetown, Starbucks, walking distance to GW, K Street) and the pool and gym are an added bonus. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience living at the Savoy for 2 years, and would highly recommend it. It had the perfect location between Dupont Circle, Georgetown, and Foggy Bottom. The management and concierges were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The building was also very well maintained and all my service requests were take care of quickly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The Savoy is located in a great location to call home. It is just a few steps away from GWU hospital and school. The residents are friendly and Amber was such a great help! I recommend this location to anyone who is determined to reach their goals and to try something new!
