April 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI would say it’s overall a decent apartment community. I will be honest and say there’s a few things that they could work on to improve it even more. By cracking down on noise control, maintaining the dog waste bins more frequently on the property, and making an arrangements for the large Public dumpster/trash receptacle to be emptied more frequently. It is often so full and overflowing that residence pile items next to it, and it can be rather frustrating and unsightly.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at the Savoy for 2 years, going on 3 years now, and it has been amazing. I love the atmosphere of the community and the apartment itself. Maintenance has never been a problem for me. They come within the next day of putting in a request. Pests have been a small problem for me while living on the first floor. Other than that, I would give Savoy 5 stars. Gym, pool, theatre, everything is up to par! Staff super sweet!!!Property Manager Responded
