Love the Savoy!!!
October 24, 2025I have lived at the Savoy for 2 years, going on 3 years now, and it has been amazing. I love the atmosphere of the community and the apartment itself. Maintenance has never been a problem for me. They come within the next day of putting in a request. Pests have been a small problem for me while living on the first floor. Other than that, I would give Savoy 5 stars. Gym, pool, theatre, everything is up to par! Staff super sweet!!!Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025This is my second week in the Savoy at Southwood community, and I find it comfortable and convenient. My apartment is relatively well-maintained, I guess, but coming from a newer property interstate gave me higher expectations. There have been a couple of maintenance challenges, which were quickly dealt with by the friendly staff at the community.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025Very good and positive experience! Had a couple hiccups in the move-in process but handled well and quickly. Moving is already a stressful experience so you definitely need a team that makes things go a little smoother. And sometimes it’s the little things that go a long way.
