    The Sawyer is a great place to live! Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and major roads and highways, without being noisy or congested. The office team is always friendly and knowledgable, especially Stacey and Caroline. The maintenance is always quick to respond and very communicative when it comes to repairs. Highly recommend this complex if you’re looking to live in South Charlotte!

    Very clean bathrooms and kitchen, and they are remodeling hallways but I have no complaints. I will say the fan in the bathroom doesnt work but they take maintenance request very serious so I know before I even move in it will be fixed.

    I think the complex and community is beautiful. l love the security of keeping residents safe. The elevator is definitely a plus.

    The location is the best part of living at the Sawyer, capability to everything you need is quite the perk . It’s clean. It’s quiet, rents are high, but that’s everywhere in Charlotte these days.

    I’ve really enjoyed living here. The neighbors are friendly, the community is quiet, and the grounds are always well-kept. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and most staff are very friendly. I especially miss Darryl—he was the best!

    It upsets me having to leave a two star review for this place. If you would’ve asked me a year ago after my first lease here, I would’ve said five stars. But things have gone downhill quickly. The management and maintenance team are still amazing and I have nothing else to say about them. I just think there’s an overwhelming amount of rude residence in this community not willing to abide by the community rules. A big one being cleaning up after their pets. This has noticeably gotten a lot worse ...
    and is incredibly unfortunate because of how well-maintained the landscaping is. Smoking in common areas has become overwhelming and the removal of the gate has allowed for so many people to use the community as a cut-through to Providence Road, causing the main road of our community to be a highway for them. With this being said, I have enjoyed living here, but these are just some issues that need to be resolved.

    Enjoyed my stay here overall. Complex is well maintained and I love the gym, never felt unsafe while living here for 2 years. Some negatives - gate at entrance was taken away by the city and complex put forth no effort to get a new one that complied. 2) elevator is broken and I’m on the fourth floor moving out :/

    This is a beautiful, safe and well maintained property. Both staff and residents are respectful and friendly. There are plenty of amenities and scheduled events that are very nicely orchestrated. Mostly, I appreciate the landscape design, lovely trees, plants and flowers! Bonus for the fig and peach trees and raised vegetable gardens! This is also a walkable community with access to several great stores and restaurants. I’ve been here for one year and just love it!

    It is good experience here. Couple things needs to improve. But they are trying to improve it. I like it very much. all the residents are nice some of them I am get to know them very well and I have a great experience with every other one in my building in the front office, they they are well experience
