The necessary work was completed quickly and efficiently. My garbage disposal was stopped up and caused the water to back up. I contacted the maintenance crew explaining the problem and a maintenance worker came within two hours and had the drain line cleared within a half hour.

I’ve only been living at The Sawyer Providence Farm for two days, but my experience so far has been very positive. The move-in process was smooth, and my apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived. The community feels quiet, safe, and well maintained. The staff has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the move-in process. I’m still getting to know all the amenities, but my first impression has been excellent. I’m looking forward to enjoying my new home here.
