December 31, 2025I've been living at The Sawyer since October 2023 and can honestly say, it's my most favorite apartment community I've ever lived in. My apartment is gorgeous, the property/landscaping is meticulously cared for, the amenities are great, office and maintenance team are friendly/helpful and you can't hear the location! November 24, 2025I am so tired of the fire alarms going off at insane hours in the buildingI live in. I have been here for less than a year and alarms have gone off at least four times - always between midnight and 3am!! This is a direct attack on our quality of life and mental well-being. At some point, we as tenants need to stop accepting this as normal and mobilize to demand that this insanity stops!!Property Manager Responded

We continue to make immediate repairs whenever an issue arises and are in regular communication with both the fire inspector and the fire department. We have been informed on multiple occasions that all appropriate measures are already in place. September 19, 2025It upsets me having to leave a two star review for this place. If you would’ve asked me a year ago after my first lease here, I would’ve said five stars. But things have gone downhill quickly. The management and maintenance team are still amazing and I have nothing else to say about them. I just think there’s an overwhelming amount of rude residence in this community not willing to abide by the community rules. A big one being cleaning up after their pets. This has noticeably gotten a lot worse ...and is incredibly unfortunate because of how well-maintained the landscaping is. Smoking in common areas has become overwhelming and the removal of the gate has allowed for so many people to use the community as a cut-through to Providence Road, causing the main road of our community to be a highway for them. With this being said, I have enjoyed living here, but these are just some issues that need to be resolved.Property Manager Responded
