          I moved in July of 2021, in August of 2021 the leaking from my ceiling began. It has never been adequately fixed. For full disclosure, last month (June of 2022 I was given a discount on my rent due to it still not being fixed). I was given the chance to either break my lease with no penalty, or be moved to another apartment for the last month plus 24 days that I have of my lease. I put in for a fix to my toilet in April of 2022...again still waiting. The one maintenance person that did the ...
          best band-aid of the ceiling leaking quit due to being overwhelmed by not having support. As for the pictures that are being shown, the tree closest to the wooden fence in the front has been gone for almost a year. Per the city inspector we are out of code and not much has been done to get us up to code. Amentities: pool, laundry facilities, work out facilities are NOT on sight. You have to drive to other Indio managed apartments to use any of these type of facilities. I will say, Amanda has been the best at trying to get things handled, but bless her she walked in to a cluster! DO NOT RENT!

          Lillian ll is the nastiest apartment I have ever stand in I wouldn't recommend NO ONE stay in these apartments. No matter how much you clean or they come spray they are still nasty . DO NOT DO IT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE APARTMENTS

          Lillian II is close to campus with affordable rent and adequate appliances, but... I've dealt with weird smells, roaches, mice, a dripping faucet, and a hidden fee for moving in during a weekend. Management was unresponsive when I talked to them about that last issue (which I suppose was really the first issue now that I think about it...), and after failing to make headway with them for 6 months I've made peace with myself by remembering that rent is not terrible. Also, the laundry facilities ...
          owned by Stephenville Apartments across the street were destroyed in a storm during spring 2016, so the nearest decent laundry facility is 1/2 mile away.
