I’ve been a resident since 2023. AT FIRST, there was leasing office issues (hard to reach someone, maintenance requests took long to be resolved) BUT NOW this is becoming a solid place to live. Building amenities are now accessible, and, there are grocery/smoke shops, restaurants, social places and public transportation nearby. The property manager T. I've been here now for 3 years. The building is clean and secure, the location is great (you're right next to Schnucks and there's a parking garage across the street). Trevion, the manager, is nice and very accommodating.

A nice place to live in downtown STL

(Resident from May 2019 - Jul 2020) Mostly had a great experience here. The management and maintenance were very competent in my experience, and it's a new building so everything is in good condition. My only complaint is that a few of the other residents weren't the kind of people I want to live near (smoking in their rooms, loud music, leaving trash in hallways). These people were the exception, thankfully, at least when I lived here.
