I would highly recommend this apartment and management company. Responsive to emails quickly, maintenance is friendly and always responds within 24 hours, snow removal is timely and they salt walkways in bad weather, cleans hallways monthly, parking lot is well lit with cameras, and main doors have key entry for safety. I only wish they had washer and dryer hookups in the apartments, but I’ve had no issues with the laundry room located on the first floor. Great location to downtown and 3 mins to ...

I love this apartment, it is modern & cozy. I live downtown Indianapolis and am close to all the action. As a young female living alone, I feel completely save and secure. I would recommend to anyone young professional to check out!
