May 26, 2025additional fees are a bit too many, and would be nice to have access to the garage door for bikes. Apart for that, all the rest (Lounge, Gym, Pool, appliances, neighborhood...) is great!Property Manager Responded

February 7, 2025Mediocre apartment, not bad, but nothing special. Good neighborhood. Great location. Standard amenities. So so communication with staff. New management has improved a bit. A gem in the city!
September 24, 2024Living here is convenient to everything, the residents are kind, quiet and respectful, and Chris kills it at his job as he is attentive, professional, and makes you feel very welcomed. The building is always pristine and is overall very well managed. Unlike other places I have lived, I enjoy being a homebody here – my unit feels quite spacious for a studio and although it is an interior unit, I get a ton of natural light, which is a must for me.
