This seems to be a pretty standard apartment building. The 1 bedroom unit is spacious and has hardwood throughout. Lots of storage. Kitchen is pretty small if you like to do a lot of cooking - only fits a 3/4 fridge and small microwave. There is not much natural light due to the trees next door, but the windows provide good air circulation. Overall the unit and building seem well maintained and quiet. There is a shared courtyard with basketball hoop and bike storage. Parking is limited and costs ...
extra. The apartment's best feature is proximity to a number of things in the University District - one block to the farmers market, within 5 blocks of several grocery stores, close to the library, and tons of restaurants and bars. Easy access to the Burke Gilman trail and very close to campus.

Close to UW and the "Ave". Easy access to buses downtown and short walk to Ravenna Park to the north. Small kitchen and middle apartments get little natural light due to adjacent trees but overall spacious 1 bedroom with nice hardwood floors. Relatively quiet, not full of college kids despite being in the University District. Gated entry and courtyard.
