SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!
August 2, 2023Extremely neglectful building. Tenants have been months without ac/heat, gas, a working stove, and so so much more. Building management have taken the route of completely ignoring every tenant in the building when issues are brought to light. The entire building is essentially falling apart very obviously due to poor construction. Beware of Horrid Management and Endangerment
June 11, 2021Peter Lehr (Kaled Management) is the most inexperienced, unreasonable, incompassionate, senseless, rude, manager I have ever dealt with, in any industry. While I was a tenant at The Sidney, the tenants organized together to construct a letter detailing grievances and issues experienced both with the building and individual units that were barely even acknowledged! One of the asks was a decrease or reimbursement in rent until major issues were fixed but Kaled Management shrugged it off, as they ...only care about collecting rent from current tenants and scamming new ones. Building security is horrible. We had several stolen items, including a cut bike chain, and randoms running the halls/sleeping on the rooftop.
