Skyline Apartments are amazing! The staff is always professional and knowledgeable including kind and caring! The area are great for exciting walks and shops all around us! Skyline is certainly a one stop shop all you need is right here you never have to leave! I would like to leave a BIG SHOUTOUT TO OUR STAFF!

Great place to live

The Skylyne is a great place to live. Right next to the Bart Station for easy public transit. The staff is amazing and wanted to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Tiasha. She has been so helpful and supportive throughout my rental process. Her professionalism and kindness have made such a difference, and I truly appreciate everything she's done. She goes above and beyond!

The Skylyne is a beautiful place and close enough to enjoy the views and the city atmosphere and Restaurants the amenities are amazing and awesome the whole place is just a world class of its own

I recently moved into The Skylyne at Temescal after terminating my previous lease early, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! From the moment I stepped into the building, I was impressed by the modern amenities, stunning design, and vibrant atmosphere. The location is perfect, offering easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and shops, all while maintaining a peaceful and quiet environment. The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit, and features top-of-the-line ...
appliances and finishes. The management team has been incredibly friendly and responsive, making the move-in process seamless and stress-free. I also love the rooftop terrace with its amazing views and the gym, which makes staying active convenient. Overall, I feel lucky to call this place home, and I highly recommend The Skylyne to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Oakland!

The staffs are good, security is great. Good management in mail room, mailbox, 24hs maintenance, garbage collection, etc. The parcels put in the safe and well organized mail room, which is fantastic. Amazing amenities and view.

So far so good, just moved in. Neighborhood is fun and feels mostly safe but still has some of the typical elements you would expect in Oakland. Building is very nice, great amenities.
