The leasing office closes early half the week the pool was told to be open full year but was locked up til recently the. They closed it for maintenance when it just opened and has been closed again for cleaning our dryer has been going out I have to wait an hour between every load for it to work and we have called many maintenance request but when they come it works and they don’t do anything to it

It's been a great experience to live at the Social Blue for a year and 8months. It's a peaceful environment, but sometimes you may come across some residents who live above you who are loud. Report and maintainance are taken care of as soon as possible which is a good thing I like living at Social Blue. It's a wonderful place to live if you are a student at MTSU.
Buildings far away from guest parking is a big issue for me especially when I have elderly people visiting.

I have had a good experience since moving to the Social Blue. I moved from a three bedroom to a two bedroom and re-signed another lease. I love the amenities, gym-pool-grilling area. So far maintenance has done a good job addressing any and all problems that I may have had in the Apartments.

It’s been great living here! Meeting great people has been easy. There’s so much to do here. The office staff are great and helpful every step of the way. The atmosphere feels like home. It’s very quiet hero and a community is very clean with a lot of activities to do the staff is very nice and helpful. I have met a fruit, friendly neighbors. I love the pool and the workout area is surrounded by things that are convenient. The location is great as well. Good place to live while going to college. My roommate’s are super friendly and I love being so close to campus. I wish there was an elevator cause I go home every Thursday and come back every Sunday and live on the top floor but I’ll just gain muscles haha.

I find that maintenance is not the best or most consistent. There have been many instances of making requests that are not made. This may not be their fault but they do not communicate why these things are not fixed and it is pretty upsetting.

Not as many students as advertised. Maintenance doesn’t really do their job. Neighbors are noisy. The apartment itself is as advertised tho — nicely furnished and livable. Room was clean when I moved in.
