February 25, 2026I have great roommates and the staff here is kind and accommodating! Every time a roommate or myself has had a maintenance issue we don’t have to wait long for a response. February 6, 2026Great location friendly staff! However maintenance crew needs to work on not barging in units without warning with how much we pay for rent here. It is also unsettling when they are near windows working without giving us a time prior when they will work near our windows which I have proof of with more than one picture and video footage. If they don't get better about giving people accurate times of when they will be in units or near windows conflicts like this can be reported to the news if it ...gets out of control. It's for safety reasons we need these boundaries and some of us have our precious pets. It is also the cleaning and construction crew that barges in at times which gets annoying I already submitted another survey about this.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026all of the leasing agents are so nice and helpful! However, sometimes they will close at random times for lunch and only give a ten-minute heads up. The amenities are pretty nice and apartments can be nice. The only problem that I have consistently come across are roaches despite us being incredibly clean.
