April 9, 2026It's been a great experience to live at the Social Blue for a year and 8months. It's a peaceful environment, but sometimes you may come across some residents who live above you who are loud. Report and maintainance are taken care of as soon as possible which is a good thing I like living at Social Blue. It's a wonderful place to live if you are a student at MTSU. Buildings far away from guest parking is a big issue for me especially when I have elderly people visiting. Wonderful and peaceful ...environment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 8, 2026I have had a good experience since moving to the Social Blue. I moved from a three bedroom to a two bedroom and re-signed another lease. I love the amenities, gym-pool-grilling area. April 5, 2026It’s been great living here! Meeting great people has been easy. There’s so much to do here. The office staff are great and helpful every step of the way. The atmosphere feels like home. I have enjoyed the use of the conference room for my business meetings. Grocery shopping is close by. Conveniently located in town. My roommates are great. We cook together and help each other out. Life will always have some kind of frustration, but I believe it’s how I personally respond that makes the ...difference in finding a solution that works.Property Manager Responded

April 5, 2026It’s very quiet hero and a community is very clean with a lot of activities to do the staff is very nice and helpful. I have met a fruit, friendly neighbors. I love the pool and the workout area is surrounded by things that are convenient. The location is great as well. March 27, 2026Good place to live while going to college. My roommate’s are super friendly and I love being so close to campus. I wish there was an elevator cause I go home every Thursday and come back every Sunday and live on the top floor but I’ll just gain muscles haha.Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2026I find that maintenance is not the best or most consistent. There have been many instances of making requests that are not made. This may not be their fault but they do not communicate why these things are not fixed and it is pretty upsetting.Property Manager Responded
