May 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe leasing office closes early half the week the pool was told to be open full year but was locked up til recently the. They closed it for maintenance when it just opened and has been closed again for cleaning our dryer has been going out I have to wait an hour between every load for it to work and we have called many maintenance request but when they come it works and they don’t do anything to itProperty Manager Responded

It's a peaceful environment, but sometimes you may come across some residents who live above you who are loud. Report and maintainance are taken care of as soon as possible which is a good thing I like living at Social Blue. It's a wonderful place to live if you are a student at MTSU. The atmosphere feels like home. I have enjoyed the use of the conference room for my business meetings. Grocery shopping is close by. Conveniently located in town. My roommates are great.
