June 10, 2025It was an awesome experience, but I have to say, their gym equipment is outdated, and some of the machines are faulty. If you wanna live near the campus that is a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2025The Social Seminole is a solid choice for FSU students. The location is convenient—close to campus, bus stops, and local spots. The community has a friendly vibe and the staff is generally responsive and helpful. Amenities like the pool, gym, and study areas are a nice bonus. However, maintenance requests can sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed, which can be frustrating during busy times. April 27, 2025Management is absolutely awful. If you call and they don’t pick up don’t even think for a second they will ever call you back. I swear they don’t have a voice mail machine. The outside of all the apartments look like homeless people live here. The actual apartment itself is fine, lots of space and decently clean.Property Manager Responded
