October 31, 2025Living here has been good but sometimes the maintenance requests take loads of time to be catered to and I understand the process of scanning parcels for better handling of things but sometimes that will cause a delay in having the packages handed over to us.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025The overall shifting experience was good — everything went smoothly and the team handled my items with care. I’m satisfied with the service. However, it would be even better if they provided an online tracking or checking system and a helper to assist with shifting or organizing things during the move. August 28, 2025I really enjoy the interactions with the staff but, they are understaffed and unavailable often. The phone line does not get picked up 50% of the time. Upon moving in there were a lot of things not set up or clearly broken.Property Manager Responded
