The apartment has been good enough overall and has met most of my basic needs during my time living there. The location is convenient, the space is decent, and the amenities work reasonably well. While there have been a few minor issues and inconveniences, nothing has been serious enough to make the experience significantly negative.

i like the apartment and the amenities are great. i have had multiple issues with management recently, being told to move one morning, which was okay and for reason. but i was told multiple move out dates which i am still being told different dates and it could not be determined if it was permanent or temporary.

Eveyone is very kind! The only concern was there was pins and hair all over my bathroom and bedroom floor as soon as I moved in, and splotches of blue paint on my wall for some reason! Other then that it’s lovely!!

Overall the apartment and community is great! Everyone seems to be super friendly and will smile or nod when walking past each other. Just a bit noisy with yelling, stomping, and slamming doors. I can hear my downstairs neighbors screaming, and can hear people in the hall way stomping and letting doors slam.
