October 10, 2025It’s nice for the price. Nice location and service requests are done in a timely matter. Allowing pets is great. Selected roommates are good. Utilizes aren’t that expensive. Probably could use more space for the kitchen if you’re living with 3-5 people. Living room is a good size. I was told i was getting the upstairs bedroom and then i got there at love in day and a roommate had it?Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2025I love the extra amenities. Personally, the free coffee in the mornings has made going to class so much easier. The apartments are clean and well-made, and it's usually quiet! The only thing that I don't appreciate is the laundry facilities. It is double the cost as in the dorms, and it never feels like my clothes are clean.Property Manager Responded
