May 20, 2025My experience living at Steinbeck was positive because it came furnished and has a good price. The gym went uncleaned for a few months and the tanning was closed for most of my time here, but otherwise useful amenities. I’m a fan of the price and location.Property Manager Responded

April 16, 2025My mom said I’d get a renovated apartment since that is what they told her. It wasn’t really renovate as it’s shown online, I’m guessing that’s why they wouldn’t allow us to look at the actual property before hand because we wanted to get measurements for my furniture. No issues with maintenance coming when I send a request. But poor insulation when it’s cold out. Other than that this is a fine complex.Property Manager Responded
