ESA Noncompliance
February 9, 2026Do not apply to The Spencer at Park Row if you have an Emotional Support Animal or require any accommodation. I was approved as an applicant but ultimately did not sign a lease because the property failed to provide a fair-housing-compliant lease in a timely manner. Although my accommodation was acknowledged in part, full approval was repeatedly delayed and conditioned on a third-party screening service rather than being handled directly by the housing provider, as required. Communication was ...circular, responsibility was repeatedly deflected, and no clear or timely resolution was provided. As my existing lease deadline approached, I was forced to secure housing elsewhere to avoid being without a place to live. Prospective tenants should understand their rights under fair housing law and be aware that third-party services such as PetScreening are not legal authorities and are not required by law. Housing providers remain fully responsible for accommodation decisions and compliance, regardless of what vendor they use. Based on my experience, this property demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and competence in handling accommodation requests. Wouldn’t move here
July 8, 2024Regret moving here and cannot wait until my lease is up . Maintenance requests take weeks to get solved at times , bugs and roaches are a serious issue as pest control didn’t even help, people leave their stinky trash outside of their doors on days where they know trash will not pass so it stinks around here , the office communication is horrible they tell you one thing and never hold their word . The gate has been broken for months so there’s no safety The tub was filthy you can tell they just ...painted over the filth just being cheap and not replacing the bath tub. There are cracks in the baseboards where I’m sure bugs enter . I have had to go in the office several times just for a maintenance request to be filled . Yall need to hire more maintenance staff .The light switches are wired incorrectly .They do not inspect these units before you move in when i moved here 6 months ago everything was broken ! A/C and shower head didn’t work .Property Manager Responded

Worst Management
September 4, 2023If you are looking for a safe place to live, this is not the place. The complex manager will ignore you. The office staff are liars. It’s just a check for them, they do not care. Maintenance show up when they feel like it. The key to my apartment has been lost about 4 times. The list goes on, i just do not have enough room to type it all out. October 8, 2022Please don't move here, this new management company bought the property and immediately went up on the rent $350.00..they will evict you at the drop of a dime, takes forever to fix issues, matainence staff not experienced, gym equipment broke, gates broke, nothing for the kids to do at all,Manager has an awful attitude.. fired all her staff.
