I feel secure within these town homes, but sometimes I feel my vehicle is at risk due to not having security lights installed at the outdoor parking spots. Vehicles have been broken into here. Management is timely in answering work orders and questions. Rent is $795 for a 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bathroom, One garage spot and one outdoor spot. It is a great month to month rent basis, but I have rented better, although paid much higher for a 1 bedroom apartment. We have a mixture of older and younger generations here, and pets are allowed with extra deposit. Overall a great place to live, I have been living here almost a year. Happy hunting!
