Even though I’m new to the community, I’ve felt super welcome from day one. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I love how well-kept the common areas are and how pleasant the atmosphere feels. In such a short time, I’ve already noticed the positive vibe here, where people greet each other and there’s that warm sense of community. I’m happy to have found this place to call my new home.

Friendly and quick office personnel. Great amenities and clean facilities. The swimming pool is well kept as well as the barbecue grills. Pet friendly with good size dog park.

Overall, my experience has been good. The community is clean, quiet, management doesn’t bother me. I pay my rent remotely and early. Maintenance stays on top of order request. I don’t like that the trash piles up outside the dumpster on weekends which makes for a trashy look but I don’t have any major issues.

Everything looks really nice, the apartment was in really good condition and also the amenities are very clean and organized.
The leasing office always helps to solve the questions and the problems

Would be higher but I hate the rolli pollis love the apartment. I also hate the fact that so many people crowd the pool, like whole families have parties and make it uncomfortable for guest to actually enjoy the pool. I think maybe a limit I. Guest unless they rent the pool out should be enforced…just saying love my neighbors and the area always well kept

I enjoy these apts, great floorplans, amenities, and location. None of the pointless smart home stuff installed, which is a benefit to me. Community not gated or set up for future gates, easy access to I-35

Living at Ascend at Westinghouse has been great so far! The community is quiet, well maintained, and the amenities are a nice perk. The staff is friendly and responsive, always willing to help out when needed. I love the convenience of the location easy access to shopping and restaurants. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, making it a comfortable place to call home. it's been a great experience.
