Office Management and Roach Infestation
April 14, 2026The customer service from this leasing office is extremely poor. Communication is inconsistent, follow-ups rarely happen, the agents have very rude attitude’s and concerns are not taken seriously. I highly advise keeping everything in writing because relying on verbal communication will get you nowhere. On top of that, Building 8 is currently dealing with a roach and ant infestation. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of proper maintenance and care for residents. Management ...needs to do better.
