Throughout my tenancy, I observed and, at times, reported persistent issues with cleanliness and basic upkeep of the common areas: dog waste frequently left across the grounds, dirty stairs and breezeways, trash left on the ground for days or weeks, overflowing dumpsters with garbage outside and strong odor, mud in front of Building 400 that made it very difficult to walk on rainy days, and a chronically disorganized mail room with packages piled and scattered on the floor. isolated incidents, but recurring patterns that made me, at times, embarrassed bringing guests to my home and ultimately contributed to my decision to move out before the end of my lease.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. While our team works diligently to maintain the community, the trash shown in the photo appears to be bulk waste that was left outside the compactor area rather than placed inside it properly. Unfortunately, situations like this can occur when residents do not follow disposal guidelines. We routinely address these issues as they arise and continue to educate residents on proper waste disposal practices. We also appreciate your comments regarding cleanliness, pet waste, and package organization, and we are continually working to improve these areas for all residents.
