Renters Reviews and Ratings
Bad experience
December 8, 2020The pricing is rising higher than what the apartment is actually worth. Thin walls, extremely loud upstairs neighbors, the carpet in my apartment is way overdue for getting changed (was extremely matted and gross when I moved in even), the kitchen flooring was peeling and is still peeling, and whoever re-painted my walls didn't seem to have a steady hand, also the wood on my bathroom door was and is breaking off. If it wasn't a rush for me to move in I would have chosen another unit, but needed a ...place quickly. You can take the issues to the office but they basically say there is nothing they can do about it unless it was an actual maintenance issue. I have had issues with them charging me a renters insurance waiver fees of $15 / month that was drafted out with my rent, even though I had given them all of my insurance information and the rep I had given it to (supposedly was the current manager) did not add it onto my account. So for a whole year I was charged $15 extra each month, and when I had approached them about the issue and getting the money back the girl said quote " I will try to speak to the manager about it but I don't see it happening". I never heard from them about the matter again. My fault for not following up, but I take it as they don't really care about their tenants (even if they have rented from them for 3+ years). All around, not my favorite experience. As my first apartment to rent, it has definitely set my expectations a lot higher, and I will be immensely excited to move out once my lease is up this year.Property Manager Responded

Bad experience
February 25, 2019Thin walls. Noisy. Inconsiderate college kids. Outdated appliances. Ugly wallpaper applied to kitchen backdrop and counters. Check every single thing in the place even the toilet paper holder cous they leave stuff broken and try to make you responsible for it at the end of the lease. They will make sure to eat up all of your deposit by finding the unnecessary costs to add. They ripped me off basically.Review from Apartments.com
