BEWARE
August 27, 2021Let me start of by saying I’ve lived here for over ten years and I’ve never had problem only up til November 2018 during covid. Weird things started to happen after that. I’ve had missing things from my apartment. The hours were very weird. We didn’t have maintenance for a while I’m assuming maybe for covid? But idk we always seen people in and out. We had a rat problem starting from the middle of the year in 2018. We thought we solved the problem by killing the mom and the baby rat and patching ...up the hole. But we would here them in the walls at night. The other neighbors also heard them. We reached out plenty of times and they never did anything to help us with situation. Our lease was ending up in March and they gave us a letter saying that we would have to either move out or we would have to renew our lease and move into a new apartment unit because they need to renovate the apartment which I understand. But the apartment they were trying to move us into a lady that used to live there was telling me that they had a rat infestation in that part of the unit and I told the lady about it and she said that they fixed the problem and everything like that but till this day I still see no one living in that unit. From January up until June July there was a total of three new “ managers” everyone kept telling me different things and once we made a decision that we were going to. The first lady told me and my family that we owed rent the month of March but we didn’t we already paid and the lease was ending. Then she told me that we havent paid for the month of April and I showed her the statement in April and then she told me she “misspoke” and she meant to say February. How do you mess up three times ? After that I seen a different lady. I never talked to her my parents did and apparently she told them they owed over 3grand of fees and rent. Which was just not true. I tried to understanf and noone was giving me an explanation on why we owed so much. Then on top of that my family received an eviction letter and we were confused on why we had one, because there was no reason to evict us. So not only are they trying to say we owe money but also evict us. But when I came into the office there was different lady named Pam. And she was telling me she didn’t have no information on why we had it all that money and why we had an addiction notice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
