Oh where to begin? Building management is terrible. The building is filthy - they haven't cleaned the carpets once since they opened the building almost two years ago. Annual rent increases up to 5%. None of the utilities are included in the rent and are astronomically high for a building with no common area. Residents on the 2nd and 3rd floors are constantly losing power for no reason at all. The building is also hollow / cheaply built, so you can hear everything from your neighbors. Don't give ...
in to their concession offer - they're doing it because they have no choice but to sucker people into their trap. AVOID!!

The management is absolutely terrible. Rent increased after we signed the lease (recently some of us just got double charged for no reason) You will not hear back from the property manager for days even when there is an emergency. Fire alarms will randomly go off. Major theft and break in constantly. Do yourself a favor and please do not live here.

Management is absolutely terrible. Building suffers from extreme theft from non-residents breaking. There’s constant maintenance issues. The building director is non-responsive and shady. JAB is a terrible business to rent from — look elsewhere!
