    Lived here for about 3 years when I first moved to Corpus. I rented sight unseen so I looked up all possible apartment complexes that were available. This was by far the best deal for a large 1 bedroom apartment. In terms of square footage, the Oxford is the size of some 2 bedrooms, so it was quite spacious. The balconies were great. Recommend living near the golf course if you can, it was quiet and peaceful in that area. The management ladies Beth and Sara were always wonderful to work with. ...
    They are super helpful and friendly. Love the events they host for residents every so often. I only had to put in a couple maintenance requests in a few years, but the issues were fixed quickly and the maintenance tech always accommodated my request that I be present at home when they came. If I had to list a negative point, it would be that the pools were often closed during the summer, which is so disappointing when trying to cool off and relax, and it is an older property so the apartment wasn't super insulated. I had high electricity bills even when keeping my apartment at very reasonable temperatures in winter and summer. Overall though, this is a great complex to live in.

    I’ve lived here 2 years and absolutely love it!! Ladies in office are very helpful and super nice Maintenance is always on top of everything making sure your work order is fixed right away they are very nice as well I’ve referred two people here and they also love it, you will not be disappointed

    I moved in these apartments in February of this year. I absolutely love my new home! My apartment is so comfortable and updated. I have a fireplace, large balcony, dishwasher, all updated black appliances, designated parking, a tropical oasis swimming pool, and cardio room! The large bedroom is so very spacious, it has 2 walk in closets! The bathroom has a separate vanity area! The staff is super friendly, and easy to communicate with.
