October 31, 2025Recently moved into this place and have had several issues within the first month. The existing carpet in every room has several stains, the dishwasher overflows into the sink, and the laundry room doors are coming off the track. The 2nd bedroom door hinges are missing screws, the Bathroom vents are completely clogged and barely circulate air, several light bulbs were burnt out upon move-in, the window covering slats are broken in multiple rooms, and the vent above the stove top barely works. ...Makes you wonder what kind of pre-move-in inspection they do to prepare a unit for the new family. The so-called gym/fitness center that’s available is a complete joke and lacks any real equipment that a fitness enthusiast would use. Not to mention, the massive hill on which the complex is situated is a significant deterrent. I’m scared to think about frosty mornings or during snowfall. The only saving grace of this complex so far is the people who work there; they have all been great so far.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025Terrible Experience – Mold and Unresponsive Management I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience living at Summit. The apartment has a severe mold problem that management refuses to address properly. I conducted tests and provided photos to prove the mold, but they ignored my concerns, putting my family’s health, especially my children’s, at serious risk. Mold exposure is dangerous, and I’m shocked at how negligent they’ve been. To make matters worse, their staff is incredibly rude. One ...employee constantly interrupted me, refusing to listen to my concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I suggested they bring in specialists to confirm the mold, they dismissed me entirely. I strongly advise against renting here unless you want to deal with health hazards and unprofessional management. I’m currently taking steps to escalate this issue because no one should have to live in such conditions. Stay away!Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2025The key was not working on the day of we move in so I had to wait outside until the maintenance guy comes to fix the issue. Luckily the maintenance showed up pretty soon and it was not too bad for resolving an issue.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2025The renovated units are really nice. Temperature controls in each room, valet trash services, and a patio. The secondary bedroom is pretty small, though. Kitchen is nice too, but I wish there was more counter space. Lastly, the driveway entrance for this complex is rough. Super steep with tight turning. Not sure how it will be as the temperature outside gets colder. Overall, I am enjoying my experience here as a renter.Property Manager Responded
