The summit has very nice and spacious apartments with great amenities! Every other place we looked at was much smaller, not as nice, or even had issues like lots of mold.

For how many residents living in the complex, maintenance is relatively on point. You do get the Landloard special when you move in and you have to make sure everything’s well inspected, but you’re given easy conveniences like valley service trash and free amenities. Parking is atrocious though

Recently moved into this place and have had several issues within the first month. The existing carpet in every room has several stains, the dishwasher overflows into the sink, and the laundry room doors are coming off the track. The 2nd bedroom door hinges are missing screws, the Bathroom vents are completely clogged and barely circulate air, several light bulbs were burnt out upon move-in, the window covering slats are broken in multiple rooms, and the vent above the stove top barely works. ...
Makes you wonder what kind of pre-move-in inspection they do to prepare a unit for the new family. The so-called gym/fitness center that’s available is a complete joke and lacks any real equipment that a fitness enthusiast would use. Not to mention, the massive hill on which the complex is situated is a significant deterrent. I’m scared to think about frosty mornings or during snowfall.
The only saving grace of this complex so far is the people who work there; they have all been great so far.

Lovely view of the trees and hills and a pretty well maintained apartment. Only dislike is the hill that the entrance is on, it’s pretty steep.

Terrible Experience – Mold and Unresponsive Management
I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience living at Summit. The apartment has a severe mold problem that management refuses to address properly. I conducted tests and provided photos to prove the mold, but they ignored my concerns, putting my family’s health, especially my children’s, at serious risk. Mold exposure is dangerous, and I’m shocked at how negligent they’ve been.
To make matters worse, their staff is incredibly rude. One ...
employee constantly interrupted me, refusing to listen to my concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I suggested they bring in specialists to confirm the mold, they dismissed me entirely.
I strongly advise against renting here unless you want to deal with health hazards and unprofessional management. I’m currently taking steps to escalate this issue because no one should have to live in such conditions. Stay away!
