  • Appointment Confirmed but No Viewing Provided

    I scheduled an appointment to view an apartment and arrived on time, but when I called, they said I didn’t have an appointment and that nothing was booked for me. They also told me they had no available apartments at all. However, I have a screenshot confirming my appointment, and their website still shows three apartments listed as available for rent.

    The Summit at Dobbs Ferry is the perfect complex if you want to own a dog. There is a dog park located right outside my studio and several doggie bag dispensers located through out the complex. Dogs and cats are welcome. The complex has apartments that range from studios to 3 bedroom apartments at reasonable prices. It has 30 acres of lush landscape grounds and is located 30 minutes from NYC & CT, 10 minutes from White Plains and has great restaurants and activities near by. The complex is ...
    maintained well, it is safe, and snow cleaning is done quickly and efficiently the same night. On site parking is included with rent and the complex has a gym and laundry. Onsite management is a huge plus. The staff is always friendly and ready to help you in any way.
