Happy Living
March 17, 2026I’ve lived at the Summit at Mill Creek for over 20 years. During that time property management companies have come and gone. However, High Property Management has upgraded this property to a 5 star rating. The leasing staff is responsive to your needs, professional , and helpful. Maintenance request are completedkin a timely manner and the repairs (including cleanup) are top notch. The swimming pool and fitness center is an asset to me. Using the pool has helped me regain the use of my ...shoulder after an injury. As I no longer have a car the proximity of apartments has been a life saver. Several stores are in walking distance plus the RRTA provides transportation to Lancaster and to the outlets. The staff provide fun community programs such as picnics, bingo, holiday specials and surprises along the way. At my age and car-less I would be lost if I did not live at the Summit at Mill Creek Appointments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Staff Doesn’t Want To Meet You
November 10, 2023I came by to look at their availability. The door was locked and their were staff inside. They had a sign that said appointment only. I called the number I heard the phone ring inside. No one answered. I pulled on the door and they ignored me. I left a voicemail to call me as I was only in town for the day out of state. They called me…the staff member was rude. She said oh I have no availability…Sorry. I find it hard to believe an apartment complex that large didn’t have anything opening up in ...the next two months. I was looking for anything. Even if they were full they could have told me their next availability. DO NOT RENT HERE. I assume their services when you move in can’t be much better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
