October 9, 2024The back gate is breaks at LEAST once a month. The parking situation is absolutely atrocious and I’ve relayed this in every review but nothing is done. There are constantly guests parking in the non-guest area and nothing is done about it. The guest parking itself is pathetically tiny for a complex of this size. There are reserved spots that are constantly empty. There are times where i have had to park 2 buildings away from my apartment. With how expensive the rent is here and how it’s dubbed ...“luxury” apartments, this issue shouldn’t exist.Property Manager Responded
