July 16, 2023The people in the office never answered the phone. The maintenance man never fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in. I had to little backed up sewage, coming up my toilet. I had all kind of books, but yet and still we pay for exterminator with rent every month.. my kids didn’t feel safe it’s horrible. May 28, 2023Rats, roaches, bath tub cracked, maintenance never shows up. Good luck getting someone on the phone in the office. Laundry rooms are always broke down. Have been without heat and air for over a year. Maintenance comes and “fixes” things while no one is home but don’t actually fix things. Mold in the vents and coming down the walls. Outside is nasty with trash and dog poop. List could go on. Would give 0 stars if i could.Review from Apartments.com

December 7, 2020I have been living in a less than a comfortable apartment regarding getting anything done. I have been living here since March 2018, and the dishwasher is subpar, the cooling and heating is subpar, the stove is subpar, I can't even brush my teeth is the bathroom sink for over a week, I asked to please have someone come in and repair the bathroom sink, and it still has not been done.
