September 21, 2023Staff and maintenance are truly the worst. I’ve had water damage for three weeks and no one has spoken to me about fixing it. Someone told me twice they would come by and fix it, he never did, and now I’m being ignored. I requested a window be fixed before a hurricane, as it lets in water and gets my carpet soaking wet, ruins the walls, and water drips down into an outlet. That’s never been fixed. I’ve been waiting for that for 3 weeks as well. I’ve tried messaging maintenance every single day ...for the past week and I’m simply ignored. May 23, 2023If you are tired of picking up after your own pet, live here. They do not enforce the pet waste cleanup and if there is any waste, management says it is not their job to clean it up. November 8, 2020I don’t recommend it. It’s too expensive for a complex with no gates, the area isn’t the best either, also I’ve had some maintenance issues about my ac since I’ve moved here and they haven’t fixed it, always sent someone and told us that the ac had nothing wrong so I had to buy a FAN to handle the nights here. I have a 2/2 apartment and both rooms has no light, so you better get yourself a floor lamp or something. After the pandemic they kept the gym and pool closed for months even tho all ...places had already reopened. The pool was stinking cuz they would not clean it, it had dead frogs, meanwhile we were payment the same exact price for services they were not delivering. I’m not renewing my lease and if you’re thinking about renting here you may wanna take a look at an apartment first. August 5, 2020The grounds are not landscaped and look trashy . The breezeways and stairs are filfty. Duck poop is on the sidewalks.The keep going up onto rent w/nothing to offer.
