December 5, 2024Love the community! I wish there were more options for recycling and better parking options but have so far loved my little slice of downtown! Great walkable restaurants and stores and love having the Tom Lee park next door. Amenities are nice as well.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2024I love it here evryone is so nice . I have a great view from the water I workout out at the nice gym and then go workout at Tom lee park . The restaurants in the area is delicious!Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2024They have a great and friendly staff. I've hardly had any maintenance issues at all but, when i have, they're on time and fix it that day. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and parks. Nice workout facility.Property Manager Responded
