Love the community! I wish there were more options for recycling and better parking options but have so far loved my little slice of downtown! Great walkable restaurants and stores and love having the Tom Lee park next door. Amenities are nice as well.

Great location. Walking distance to so many places downtown. River front basically in your backyard. Amazing staff, Kayla was so great and made the experience of getting an apartment smooth and easy! Unit was very clean when we moved in. Very modern and up to date apartment. Wonderful gym. Absolutely love it here !

I love it here evryone is so nice . I have a great view from the water I workout out at the nice gym and then go workout at Tom lee park . The restaurants in the area is delicious!

They have a great and friendly staff. I've hardly had any maintenance issues at all but, when i have, they're on time and fix it that day. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and parks. Nice workout facility.
