July 28, 2022My family and I have lived in the Tenzing Apartment for over three years now and we love the community. The staff are super nice and profession in their job. They take time to address all your concerns politely. The Tenzing is a peaceful community with excellent amenities. Maintenance wise is very good especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Just send out an email requesting maintenance. If it's something easy to fix such as light bulbs replacement, they send you replacement bulb(s) same or ...next day. And if you cannot fix the problem, the maintenance men show up same or next day. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2022They get to maintenance issues quickly. After the staff changed in the office they are much sweeter. I wish they had cameras around as the complex is right next to one that houses low income or people who are out of rehab or jail. We have had bunch of break ins. People walking around throwing alcohol bottles around the park. Tenzing has great apartments, great maintenance staff, and generally keep surroundings clean, but it would be amazing if they had cameras around.Property Manager Responded

December 14, 2021I love how clean and friendly the Tenzing is. The office is professional and responsive! I love our apartment layout! Recommendations would include: checking to make sure appliances work before a tenant moves in and follow up from maintenance to ensure that the issue was actually fixed. The firepit has never worked even though we have notified the office. I also asked the office to share communication about our lost cat but they never responded to my email which was a disappointment. The office ...allowed my handicapped relative to park in the parking lot during Thanksgiving weekend which was extremely considerate!!Property Manager Responded
