I have requested a 3 bedroom since i moved in 5 yrs ago. I have been given the runaround. It came as far as giving me an actual apt # to view and then taken from me. The rules were you couldnt be late once in the past 6 months to be able to change apt, i had been late 1x since they moved the final date to pay from the 5 to the 3rd, but ill own it. But then i find they change that rule so u can be late 3x?! definetly feel singled out. Then my spot on wait list moves 2 down even though notice said ...
NO EXCEPTIONS if your late turning in ur request. No rules are followed,parking in a NIGHTMARE, 16 washers for over 200 units and non residents come here now they changed from a laundry card, dog poop EVERYWHERE And neighbors are getting schetchy. Small with no linen, nor storage.But i guess thats what you get when you’re saving $150-$200 a month in rent.
