She showed me several options and was very thorough, you can tell she really knows what she is doing. Looks like a great community to hidden in a housing addition. Renewed my lease for another year! My daughter (though she is here part time) and I feel safe at all times. We have the best neighbors all around, no one bothers anyone and we all keep an eye out for each other. Maintenance is amazing. Never have issues with parking even when coming late at night. Literally no complaints.. thank you management for making it a great place we call home.

Loved the neighborhood and surround area! Neighbors for the most part we’re fine and quite except for a select few. The gym here needs a lot of work. Only has one treadmill and some weights. issues with management and maintenance but if you’re willing to have a headache with that the area is really nice. Quite neighborhood!

Terraces at Lakehurst has exceeded our expectations since day one! The leasing process was so quick and easy and Mahnaz has been so nice and has gone the extra mile every chance she can! I have never moved into a cleaner apartment! They even made sure the apartment smelled amazing! The neighbors are so quiet and the complex is kept beautiful. I absolutely love it here!

We have lived in alot of sketchy places, we were lucky enough to stumble upon this hidden gem in our search for a safer home. Mahnaz made the entire process from the application to signing very quick, painless, and enjoyable. She was so nice and very thorough. When we came to sign there was some things that needed done in our home still when we came back the next morning the house smelt SO AMAZING and it looked even better. I have been a resident at this community for about 9 months and I LOVE Living here! Newly remodeled apartments and the location is perfect especially since it’s in a housing addition. It’s a small community and friendly neighbors who are quite too. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely matter and the management strives for excellent service.
Only thing I wish this property had is covered parking. Oh well, life goes on. I plan on being here long term and must see for yourselves!

Water in not included in rent. $40 for every tenant to pay! Management was okay at first then they hired someone new. She’s rude and unorganized. She nitpicks at small things rather than addressing things that need to be complete around the complex. It’s a nice area and nice neighborhood but that’s all that’s keeping me here. Neighbors are fine. They need to work on their staffing.
