I absolutely love this luxury apartment. The unit was spotless when moved in. The amenities are amazingly great ! I recently moved in and I moved from another city . I am honored to be a part of this community and I absolutely love the office administrators. They welcomed me from the first initial contact (phone call). The property is clean and quiet. People appear friendly . I would highly recommend this property. This was personal!

Relocating to Columbus

We are moving from California to Ohio due to work. I had to make a trip to Columbus to find a place to live once. I visited 7 places in 2 days and The Thomas was the last one I toured. I decided in the first 5 min that this is the one simply due to the acknowledgment of Angelis, the property manager. I arrived 2 hours before my scheduled time. She was the only one in the office and with a customer. She excused herself and came out and said she will be with me in 5 min. Now THAT is AMAZING ...
customer service that I care more about than some of the reviews of kids screaming and trains being close by. Moving is stressful, moving across the country has it’s own complications. Angelis worked with me through the process and gave me amazing options for what I was looking for. I applied once I came back to California almost a month ago. I had several emails with the complex and they have always responded in a timely manner. I had communications with Abbey as well and she was great also. I also loved the complex and how new & clean it is. The finishes are great and we are so excited for this new journey. I don’t know if Angelis or Abbey will read this or if it will be read by corporate, but for whoever that is reading it from The Thomas, please accept my gratitude for making a very stressful situation much better.

So many issues

Most of the reviews are 5 star due to them giving out gift cards for good reviews, we lived there for a year, was one of the very first residents in the complex and it had nothing but problems from the start. It is very poorly put together, water issues for most of my lease, had to stay in hotel for a couple days and the water still smelled after they “fixed it”. doors never shut correctly, nothing was hooked up at move in. Some residents aren’t very friendly. Parking was horrendous, apartment ...
was never fully cleaned from the construction. People speed a lot and the complex is not kid friendly at all. Constant traffic and loud from the train tracks, the new leasing manager is rude. All in all the only good thing about this complex is abbey and Bryan.

We moved to The Thomas late April and have really enjoyed it! The staff are so welcoming and helpful! When we have had a problem they are on it! We also love the events that they hold too. It really helps you get to know your neighbors and are a lot of fun!

We moved in about 5 months ago and it gets better daily. We had some issues regarding the internet at the beginning, but it all got resolved eventually. As frustrating as it was, management was very supportive and helpful.
