Careful with holding deposits
August 26, 2023Unit 13 not ready till 9-11-23. On or about 7/25 I notified complex several times do to relocating for work purpose in Bakersfield we could not take apt. Timbers did not get back to me till 8/24 they would be keeping holding dep of $200.00 with over a 50 + day notice we could not move in!! Taking this matter to court.Review from Apartments.com
