it's not that bad, lived there in 2017

I lived here for 6 months and my apartment had no roaches and it's quieter than I had expected. the landlord was not rude and I had no problems with my neighbors. The maintenance crew would call before they showed up to make sure I was home and they got to you fairly quickly. It has improved much from what it use to be.

THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE.
They switch landlords every few months, the new landlord knows nothing. He is rude and isn't willing to work with you at all. THEY HAVE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. I had them spray all the time and it still didn't help the infestation of bugs in the Apartments. When you move out they add additional charges that are completely bogus and incorrect. If you move out TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. I MEAN EVERYTHING. Keep your receipt for every single payment and the dates make ...
sure that is signed by the current landlord. They are looking for any small thing to squeeze more money out of you and steal from you. LOOK ELSEWHERE, SERIOUSLY. THEY ARE THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX TO RENT AT.

4 Different managers in the six months we lived there.each less helpful.less knowledgeable than the previous. Wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. Stay away from these apartments.
