Lived there for two years, so many issues

Over the past two years, I have experienced a consistent pattern of issues, including:
- Being told I could receive a different apartment if I submitted my application before the start of the week, but being offered an apartment with noticeably older counters and cabinets at move-in.
- The apartment not being properly cleaned prior to move-in.
- Renewal letters being sent late on both occasions (July 2025 and January 2026).
- Lease paperwork not being completed correctly until I pointed out ...
missing information.
- Incorrect rent charges, including an unnecessary $100 short-term fee and a $300 month-to-month fee despite never being month-to-month, which I had to request be corrected.
- Heating issues during both winters and an air conditioning issue during one summer.
- Spending the January 2026 snowstorm without heat because my maintenance request was not addressed in time. I was told there was nothing that could be done and was provided only a single space heater for a two-bedroom apartment.
- Maintenance entering my apartment without first calling, despite that request being clearly noted on the work order.
- Maintenance losing my apartment key, followed by the office taking my spare key and never replacing it despite multiple follow-up requests.
General apartment/property issues included:
- Parking gates being left open more often than they were functioning.
- Persistent odors in the hallways.
- Recurring roach issues.
- Garbage chutes regularly overflowing due to delayed trash removal.
