Stay Away From This Place
October 13, 2022The place is cockroach infested. Maintenance is poor. Elevators always breaking down. Hallway carpets rarely vacuumed and never shampooed. Bricks are falling off the building. Laundry machines always dirty and never repaired. Doorman rarely at their post. Deliveries stolen. Wallpaper peeling throughout building. Railings on balconies rusted and loose (not safe). Worst management and maintenance
May 20, 2022This building has worst management even worst word is small for them and if you talk about maintenance then wait at least 3 months for any complaints even on urgent base, this is old building so there are some problems comes in every month, and there are some apartments that never be rented, apartments on top floor is not insulated and there is lot of noise from cooling unit which is just above to top floor.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches beware

August 23, 2021Nice location but they have a huge problem with roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Management is fully aware of this situation but the company that they use to exterminate is not enough due to the extent of the infestation.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the rent
September 16, 2018If you can put up with things (elevator, washer/dryer, A/C Heat unit, clogging, warm water, kitchen appliances) breaking systematically once in max 10 days (not all of the ones I mentioned together but taking their turns to break one after another) then go ahead, pay hefty rents and deal with the annoyances & frustrations. Tenants are nice and friendly and so are the property maintenance people including doorman. But if management does not like to timely replace several year old items instead ...of temporary patching/repairing them, the maintenance crew cannot help it other than taking your complain and fixing it. Worst experience has been with constantly breaking elevators which at times have gone unrepaired for 2-3 weeks to a month with frustrated tenants somehow patiently managing with the only second elevator. Hope the management/owners take up these complains seriously and make the living experience of existing tenant pleasant before putting up rental ads for vacant units.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place
March 26, 2018Ever since I have move here the place has being great. People are very nice and management is great always has the door open for tenants. Workers are very nice and very respectful I would really recommend this place to people and very good clean property as I can see they stay on top of everything and willing to give more then what they have too. A Disaster
March 1, 2018This is probably the last place you would want to rent. The management couldn't care less about the tenants. An elevator was broken for 2 weeks before they bothered to repair it. Anything you mention to the management will be ignored entirely. My apartment is infested with cockroaches. Even with the heat off, the apartment reaches 80 degrees. I don't consider that a livable situation. They have a garbage chute that cannot fit a garbage bag down. You need to lug all your garbage downstairs and ...outside to the garbage area. You cannot get your own washing machine, and the building makes it difficult to get a laundry card. They also have a weird elevator policy, and one elevator doesn't stop on certain floors on Saturday. If you get into that elevator, you stop on almost every floor. Do NOT Rent Here
June 27, 2017Property manager makes statements/promises with no backing and only speaks to you when convenient to her. Will lie about availability and avoid you by having the doormen make excuses. The management company is even worse; it took them almost a month to simply acknowledge an email (after relentless chasing) and they offer no flexibility at all with your lease, even if you have to leave the property and offer to pay extra/comply with any additional policy they may offer (all rejected instantly). ...They clearly only care about the money and what you get is not nearly worth what you pay for. They are struggling to fill apartments for a reason. Ignore this warning at your own risk. Terrible place to live!
September 30, 2015The doormen are rarely at their desks to assist tenants. Bathrooms and bedrooms flood all the time and management does not take any responsibility to replace any damaged items. Air is shut off very early leaving apartments sweltering and unbearable. Not worth even half of what they charge.Review from Apartments.com
