February 24, 2026The maintenance team's performance has been entirely unacceptable, characterized by a blatant disregard for my time and a lack of professional accountability. After taking a day off work for a 9:00 AM appointment to finish my bathtub, the worker never showed up and later had the audacity to deny the appointment even existed. This carelessness extends to their physical work; not only did he missed the entire sections of paint near the faucet, but he actually caused a hole in my bathroom wall while ...scraping the tub. Furthermore, management continues to ignore to fix a large scratch on my kitchen counter that was caused by their own crew before I even moved in. It is deeply frustrating to live in a space where the 'maintenance' team consistently drops tools on surfaces and creates new damages instead of resolving existing issues.Property Manager Responded
