After contacting maintenance.The maintenance guy was wanted no time in coming to check the problem. Explained what the issue was and made sure it was fixed promptly. RATSSSSS!!
October 9, 2021dont believe me ? stop by this complex after 7pm for the RAT showcase. shine your headlights on any trash bin and beep your horn, they will come running . RATS! BIG HUGE RATS ! Residents place trash by the dumpster instead of inside causing the rat issue to increase. you can call the office about the problem but all they are going to do is LIE and act as if they are doing something to help the issue. and magically every time you call the office the exterminator happens to be there at that time . ...every single day....They first state that they are putting down traps and then when you call back because you now see baby RATS and nothing is changing they state that they are spraying the rats. how do you spray rats outside ? I do not know. also if you don't mind ants in the summer in your apartment, roaches all year round , and running from rats on a daily basis this is the place for you. The people in the office don't care . the amenities are shut down because of vandalism and they allow anyone to move in.... ANYONE... BE AWARE of this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
