July 16, 2019I’m disgusted by the management team. Save your hard earned $$. I recently applied & they took my $$. Property manager is never on sight poorly manage by other parent mgrs they do not care for applicants & making poor decisions and running the business to the ground. I will be at peace when I get my refund back in my accounts until then I strongly suggest u find other properties to live. Again bad management. Don’t do it. thank me later!Property Manager Responded

Average at best
August 10, 2017I lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year and that was about all the time I could tolerate living there. From the day I moved in I had problems with the apartment. I had water leaking from my ceiling in the bathroom which caused about an inch of standing water in my bathroom when I came home one day. I reported this at least 3 times and a year later, nothing was ever done about it. It stopped for a long time, then started up again when I was leaving. In addition to this I had ...issues with my hot water for about 2 months. Again I reported this multiple times. I got responses saying it was fixed, yet I would wake up the next morning with no hot water to shower with. Again I reported it. Justin (the property manager at the time) assured me it was fixed. Again I took a shower and had hot water for all of 2 minutes. I reported it again and was basically told I was making this up and my hot water was working fine. He came over to test it and SURPRISE no hot water, I was not making something up! This issue was finally resolved 2 months and many cold showers later. Another huge issue, I had mice/one very large rat for the duration of my time living there. It chewed through hundreds of dollars worth of food during my lease, and also chewed through some plastic storage containers I had. Again this was reported multiple times and still the rat lives on. The management of this property is awful. They take weeks to get anything done, if it does ever get done, and are no help whatsoever with questions about the lease and fees and such. It is a good location close to White Rock Lake, but other than that I have nothing good to say about this property or its management. The apartments are cheaply built and not well kept. Nightmare
June 27, 2017Its sad to say. I paid the application fee, Admin fee, and deposit and still backed out of moving in right before signing the lease. The apartment wasnt ready but I was able to do a walk thru. It was a nice looking place besides the ROACHES. There were dead roaches all over the kitchen. I was terrified, I was told it was because they had pest control come out just recently. Well I waited to walk thru again once the cleaned the apartment.... There were more Roaches alive coming out the baseboards ...and in the shower. I feel so bad for whoever got APARTMENT #630. I lost all that money because I refuse to live with ROACHES. August 26, 2015The management staff is extremely nice and work hard to take care of me and my needs. I like that it's a small complex but horrible parking if you have a two car household or invite guest over. The maintenance is prompt but the quality of work is not good. The apartments were renovated through fresh paint, new floors, new appliances and fixtures but it complex should have been stripped down to the studs. Been here a year and the paint was chipping and laminate floors were bubbling up after 4 ...months. Not to mention bees, wasp, roaches and ants.
